Advanced Art - Forced Product

Advanced Art formed in Tampere in 1985 by Jana, Pete and Vince, became pioneers of Finland’s electronic underground scene. Their first EPs Scar and Time gained international attention, including airplay on MTV Europe’s 120 Minutes. Known for their perfectionism, they released debut album Product in 1993, blending synth pop, EBM and industrial into a unified sound. Force followed in 1994 as a multi-part concept album (Update / Live / Retro), expanding their vision with sharper production and new ideas. By 1995, exactly ten years after their founding, Jana and Vince decided to bring Advanced Art to a close.

Marking the band’s 40th anniversary, Forced Product compiles in full Product and Force, along with EP tracks and remixes from 1991-94.
